PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Trademarks

The tradename NESPRESSO™ is a registered trademark held by others and the use of the name on this website is for descriptive and editorial purpose only, and AllAboutPods holds no rights over and has no affiliation with the name.

Ordering

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. If a product is out of stock when you order we will contact you to let you know when we will be able to ship it. If this delay is not acceptable to you, we will advise you of an alternative product or issue you with a full refund. If a product is completely unavailable when you place your order we will contact you to offer an alternative replacement or a full refund will be arranged on your behalf.

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown in our on-line product catalogue are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

We will usually dispatch goods the same day if ordered by 1pm on a working day, otherwise dispatch will be the next working day. If we are unable to despatch your order within 3 working days we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. We reserve the right not to accept an order.

If an on-line order is placed for delivery outside the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland we will contact you to arrange shipping and costs.

All credit card details are entered and stored securely REALEX services.
All prices are Euro and include VAT at the appropriate rate.

Prices and specifications may change without prior warning.
Any views or opinions expressed on items are for guidance only and do not constitute any part of a contract.

AllAboutPods reserves the right to make changes to this web site at any time without notice.

Once checked and signed for all products/items are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser must be over 18 years of age to complete transactions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery is normally next working day after dispatch. In relation to delivery time AllAboutPods can not be held responsible for circumstances outside our control.

If an order is not received by any customer it must be notified to AllAboutPods within 14 days of the customer placing the order.
As a company we make every effort to maintain stock levels but, as we introduce new items, we phase out some of the old ones. Inevitably stock levels of these items will fall.
 
Changes to these terms: These terms were last changed on 31 of July 2012. These terms and conditions apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

If an order needs to be cancelled please contact us at allaboutpods@gmail.com immediately. You may cancel your order within 7 days from the day after you receive the goods by notifying us by email or in writing. AllAboutPods will refund the price of the product but not refund the cost of transport and the customer bears the cost of transport back to AllAboutPods. The products should be in a re-saleable condition and unopened. After the product arrives back at AllAboutPods it will be checked and then the refund will be made.

This returns policy does not affect you, the consumer's legal rights.

Faulty goods

If there is any problem with the goods, please contact us immediately on allaboutpods@gmail.com or telephone 01-8533852 and give us your reasons for the fault.

In case your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned.


In the event that you need to return goods to us, We may at our discretion, reimburse you for the cost of sending the goods back to us, up to a maximum of 5.00 Euro + VAT which is the cost for us to collect from you.
Goods must be returned before a refund can be issued

The Trademark "Nespresso" is owned by a third party and we hold
no rights over the name or are in any way affiliated with the name
